Not Professional, useless, expensive!!!

<p>We had a leaking sewerge pipe so we called Drain Buster to fix the problem. The plumber Gus who was sent out pointed out where the pipe was leaking. The leaking pipe was above the ground. Gus then suggested sending an inspection camera down the pipe as we also had a blockage somewhere. What he omitted to tell me was that this camera inspection costs R2500.00 The camera showed nothing new as we already knew that there were roots growing into the sewerage pipes.His recommendation was to dig up all the sewerage pipe leading from the house to the perimeter wall at a cost of R18 000.00 So no specific area in the pipes was identified as needing to be fixed. A handful of roots was removed from the pipes but the leak was not fixed and this call out cost me R3800.00 Absolute waste of money for little service. I have made sure to spread the word about this useless company</p>
