Horrible service

<p>I had two issues to be sorted out; one was leaking toilet and the other was leaking water from unit above us into our unit. I called Drain Buster to fix both and they came to fix the toilet but it kept leaking and they found that the other leak is not from unit directly on top of ours and that he need to check the next door upstairs and we have to arrange with the guys to access his unit. To cut the long story short, Drain Buster guys came back to fix the toilet and to our suprise they brought 3 guys in two cars. Later, after they were gone, we realise that the toilet is still leaking and my wife's phone was missing (the incident occured last week Wednesday 07/12/2016). We called them they said they did know anything about it but they couldn't justify why they would send 3 people in two cars to fix a leaking toilet. I called the guy who is these guys' supervisor, he said he is not happy with what they did and he will come speak with myself and my wife the following day (on Thursday) but he never did. I called him on Friday after arranging to with the guy upstairs and he said that he will come on Saturday at 9:00 in the morning and by 17:00 we were still waiting for him, he didn't call nothing. I called him couple of times then but he didn't pick up. On Sunday (11/12/16), I get a 'please call mes' from him at 06:00 in the morning and he didn't call me for the remainder of the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Drain Buster are simply dishonest and unprofessional and I am not sure whether to call them ******* or not but the phone is still missing!!!</p>
