Disappointing service

I had a blocked drain and tdrainbusters came out and didnt do their job properly. So I reported it to outsurance to whom they are sub contracted.they then came out again after3 days and then thoroughly cleaned the drains and they remained fully functional for about 6 months .which showed that the thorough cleansing worked . after 6 months they were sent out again for reblocked drains , they arrived with 2 teams this time and mostly sat under shelter because of the stormy that happened yesterday. they did what apperared to be a very unthorough job and the proof of the pudding was that the drains remained blocked and when I phoned to voice my disapproval the very next day. Jacque denied that they were in any way responsible and blamed the piping, albeit with good manner .when I reminded him of their success the last time after being more thorough .he said nonetheless they are not coming back . He utilised 2 credits from outsurance (because he sent 2 teams) and completely failed in clearing my drains. Then refused to back up his service the very next day .
