Worst Service on the Wedding day

After how many months and promises made by the supplier and owner of the company Yolande Putter. The morning of the wedding we still had to pay R2000.00 breakage deposit that she forgot to add to the bill. Once arrival at the wedding venue, the flowers that we paid for were wrong and dead. We were then informed that the flowers that we paid for could not be found at any flower market in the whole of Gauteng. The extra flowers that we paid for (Small orchids) were never there and the flowers for the grandparents were also not there. Once we asked her for the seat covers that we also paid for were forgotten at her house and that she will go and collect it, but never collected the covers. Now that we are trying to get hold of her she does not return any of our phone calls nor does she reply to e-mails or any request regarding the issue. <br> We will not recommend this service provider to any individual, and we do not wish any other bride to go through all of the stress that was caused by the individual.
