CCMA Award not paid into my bank account as appointed by CCMA not later than 20 June 2023

I started working for Dragon Protection Services on 4 July 2022 where I was working as a Protection officer Escorting network tower technicians to and from the site. Later the year I was promoted as a Area Supervisor. Everything went well till I was involved in a car accident on 1st January 2023 @ around 02:15am on Ondekker Road dispatching to a site in Randfontien, Johannesburg, South Africa where I was cut off the road by a drunk driver. On 6 January 2023 I received my notice of hearing from the Control Room Officer that i have to attend on 13 January 2023 at JHB Offices and I was also informed that I was suspended with full pay.

Unfortunately I was dismissed for damage of property, failing to comply with company policies, rules and regulations etc. Bare in mind that Escorting team was using the clients vehicles as per agreement between the client Fefelethu Enterprises (telecommunications and network maintenance) hence my company did have enough vehicles.

I than opened a case against Dragon Protection Services for unfair Dismissal @ CCMA Pretoria.

On 5 June 2023 Mr P Botha CCMA (commisioner) Email me the outcome of the Arbitration and it happened that it was in my favour.

After all the heartaches and headaches Dragon Protection Services put me through due to poor management skills I managed to win the case.

In the outcome of the Arbitration CCMA appointed Dragon Protection to pay my award into my bank account not later than 20 June 2023.

I've been doing follow up with Dragon Protections HR Andile Dlamini via email and telephone Regarding why I haven't received my reward yet but they didn't take my calls and emails. On 23 June 2023 last week Friday I had to do another follow and Dragons HR Andile Dlamini said she was never told by Dragon Protection management Regarding this.

I than ask HR what's the way forward and she said she's calling Mr Mhlongo Ops who's in charge of payments that will get back to me. After three hours I call back and HR said Mr Mhlongo will call me back; didn't say when he will call me etc.

I reported this matter to CCMA again on 23 June 2023 via email to Mr P Botha and CCMA Case Managers to open a case against Dragon Protection for Execution.

I would highly appreciate any help regarding this matter because I no longer know what to do.

All I can say that Dragon Protection Services is a **** and every individuals, organisations etc. Should be on a look out for them... they ill-treatment their stuff members and I'm sure alot of people were in the same shoes that I was in but the fact that most black South Africans don't know their ethical rights that's why companies like these takes advantage.
