The worst placed to seek help financially when you pay them back they don't update it with credit bureaus as they should!

I have paid this account in full and yet it still shows on my itc as in arrears... I have been to the branch in wynburg and have a paid up letter the lady advised me it takes 6 weeks to be removed... It's been 6 months!!!!!! Pathetic!
