The receptionists are *****STERS!

My appointment was at 2:30pm. I only saw the doctor at 4:30pm. Even though I had to wait for 2 hours, his service was good. (I would give him 4 stars). This one start is for the receptionists. I paid cash (in full), but they also decided to claim from my medical aid. For what good reason?! I don't know. And that is *****. Fortunately, I kept my receipt (which I had to ask for by the way). Imagine if I had forgotten the receipt. There would be no proof that I paid the cash.

I think this is a bad habit they have because they did the same thing to a colleague of mine. Doctor, please deal with your receptionists.
