10-15 working days for Dr to get back you

I am a patient of dr. Zorio. Had a tumor removed from my spine 5 years ago. He was very attentive and helpful at that time. I have since had 3 setbacks and severe pain. I have been trying to see or talk to dr. Zorio with no luck. His lady Rita thought she was the surgeon. Neither myself. My family or my family doctor could even get a call back from dr. Zorio. I am amazed that this doctor can have no regard for previous patients who are in severe pain. I'm now consulting with a new doctor who takes the time to talk and advise me what's the best way forward
