GP

I visited the practice in Lenesia Extension 3 on Saturday the 14th August 2021. They work on appointments, I wasn't aware, but I would like to apploude the lady I met at reception. She is very polite, patient and has good people skills. She didn't just say we work on appointments sorry, she took me through the whole process which I ended up being able to see the Dr that day #WIN for me. The Dr is also very prompt, professional and so helpful. I can gladly say I have found myself a family Dr.

In my past experiences I have never met such a pair, they are here to serve the people for real. I forgot to get the lady's name but she's sotho speaking, the world needs more people who are humble like that especially in the customer service industry. This would be a #WIN for everyone, I am definitely visiting the GP again and I would gladly refer my friends and family.
