Lack of service/ no service

Had my X-rays done just over 2 months ago (as per the Dr). I have made several follow up calls. Was asked to please get radiology to resend, which I did, once again phoned to check they recieved it, which they did. Phoned again a week later. Even told them if they to busy to let me know so that I can move everything to some one else. I was assured there is no need. Up until today she hasn't bother to look at them or return one of my calls.
