Rude

On the 22nd of April 2024 time 11:40 The receptionist was very rude and ******. When I arrived on the establishment there was no one on the desk and had to call “Hello” for someone to attend to me, Finally the lady came with a lit cigarette and started shouting over the fact they were about to close she then complained about me being a medical aid customer. I complained about her tone when addressing me she referred to me as “You people” I found that to be very offensive as it has many connotations to it.

I left without being assisted. I look for another doctor. I definitely would not recommend spending your hard earned money on this business The number for the business is ***Practice number ***
