Disappointing Service.

I honestly do not know how to feel about this. So I went to Dr. Y Manga in Alrode, I get there at 15h00, knowing that the operating hours are from 8:30 to 17h00. When I got there one of the staff members at the receptions asks why do I come to the Dr. at this time, I then don't answer coz I looked at the operating hours. While i was busy with registration, she asks weather I'm gonna use medical aid or cash, I opt for a cash payment coz I did not have my medical aid or ID with me, with me having my bank card, I ask if card payments are accepted as I had assumed then I was told that they only take cash, I then ask the lady to go withdraw money and she told me that the Dr is leaving and I should come back tomorrow... The ladies there were rude and one of the staff members is Phindile and I am shuttered and really disappointed. I mean how can I wait to go to the Dr the next day while I'm sick at that time.
