Support staff not as efficient as the doctors

The doctors are situated in Melomed Mitchell Plein. The doctors are amazing but the support staff there...... Another story. I have contacted them twice before to ask for assistance in replacing a referral letter I got from the doctor. The 1st contact, I was unassisted because they apparently had a problem with their phone. The 2nd time went completely ignored. I have had to postpone my appointment with the surgeon twice because of this. I am currently busy with the 3rd attempt and hope I will be assisted since the 3rd booked appointment with the surgeon is tomorrow. Wish me luck.
