Rude Staff

I would just like to share my disgusting experience with the staff at Wanya Dental. I reached out to reschedule an appointment due to not having a babysitter for my child and one of the staff members felt the need to tell me not to reschedule again as if I'm supposed to just leave my 2 month old unattended at home. If I can take the time to reach out, inform you that I won't be able to make it and would like I new date if there are any then I don't see the problem. I understand it's an inconvenience but there is no need to be rude or inconsiderate to others. I feel sorry for Dr Coetzee if this is the staff she has.
