Receptionist has a bad attitude, acts as if you (as patient) is a burden on her time.Made appointment via phone with receptionist for Thursday morning (appointment made on Tuesday), arrived on Thursday, was told no appointment was made. For the third visit out of four, I was made to fill in an information form, seeing as they could not locate my file. This happened three times out of the last four visits, after being a patient for years with the same doctor. All I needed was a prescription for chronic medication.
