Where is our Wendy Houses???

My Father-in-law signed a contract with Dr Wendys to build us two Wendy houses on our property for the drug and alcohol rehab centre they run so that they can expand because of the desperate need for help for addicts. This company comes to your premises and draws the plans and meets with you. In the contract they have a payment plan where you need to pay over 70% of the amount so that they can buy the apparent materials to start building. We did so, R87 500.00 paid over and lost. Only for them to arrive here with one bakkie load of material with a trailer, start building for 3 days and only completing the base and then disappeared. When you phone them they claim the one partner has been arrested and is in prison and that they cannot continue the work as the arrested partner has the bank card, not one of the other partners can say why has he been arrested and where he is. Only later to find out that the money was taken and they bought a vehicle with it and now make as if they don't know who we are when we phone.
