Medi-Clinic Sandton Morningside a Mediocre
My wife went to the hospital after a referral from a GP, Upon arrival we sat close to 2 hours just waiting for a bed to be allocated fast foward the bed got allocated, we waited another 2-3 hours waiting for blood tests and results to come back from the lad. At 00:00 we were told results came back clear, but there’s no record on file that blood tests were done this is pure ***** as they will claim from the medical aid as if they have completed the task . Okay fine we then come back the next day for admission we are told there is no beds. My wife is having spinal cord pains where the MRI scan shows that her spinal cord is not well aligned, she lives in pain day in day out for such a “so called” “private hospital” it’s giving public hospital tendecies

Dr Warren Hall – Gynaecologist, Sandton Medi-Clinic, *********, poor, unprofessional services
Review for Dr Warren Hall – Gynaecologist, Sandton Medi-Clinic My experience with Dr Warren Hall was deeply disappointing, unprofessional, and in my view, exploitative. I went to him suspecting fibroids and was booked for a scan. Before this visit, my GP had already completed iron and haemoglobin tests, which I informed him about. Despite this, Dr Hall ordered more blood tests at Ampath, which I never requested or consented to. He also instructed me to undergo an X-ray — yet the very purpose of a scan is to identify fibroids, their size, and their number. When I followed up for my results, I was emailed nothing more than a vague note stating that I have fibroids and low iron. No detailed report, no sizes, no numbers. When I pressed further, I was told their scan machine had not been working on the day of my appointment, and that I would need to come back for a rescan. This is unacceptable. If the machine was not functioning, I should never have been booked in — it is misleading, unprofessional, and a waste of both my time and money. To make matters worse, I later received an exorbitant bill from Ampath for iron-related tests that I never asked for and did not need, since my GP had already done them. I was also told prior to booking that the consultation fee would cover everything, yet here I was facing hidden and unnecessary costs. This entire experience left me feeling deceived, exploited, and disrespected as a patient. It is appalling that a medical professional can operate in such a careless and ********* manner. Patients deserve honesty, professionalism, and transparency — not negligence, hidden costs, and dismissive treatment.
