Don't get any feedback

On 15/09/2015 My son was seen by Dr Waleed Salie. Before we can see Dr Salie we must pay R5100 in cash. We send a form with proof of payment to our medical fund and the medical fund ask us to send a statement with the neccessary codes and descriptions for the payment. On several times we send emails and phone Dr Salie's rooms and the lady said to us that se will send it to us, but until today we did not have receive anything yet. We did not have that kind of money and we use our savings money for that.
