Bad Service

After the birth of my second child, we hit a bit of back luck money wise because of personal reasons. I made arrangements with the accounting department of DR WA Combrink, asking for a little bit of leeway to pay the account. I was told that this is no problem.

But in actual fact this was not the truth!!! I started to pay of my account. Know there is a company hounding me about the account, but it already paid off. I don't know if the company is legit or not. If they are Dr WA Combrink's office made no attempt to contact me or give me a heads up or anything that they will be handing over my account, even though I made arrangements. This is very poor service a slap in the face, you treat other people with respect and then you will be respected.

I was told that the account will be within my medical aid this was also a lie. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.
