TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DELAYS

I am an insurance broker and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and deliberate delay in the doctor completing a report for my client.<br> <br> After failed attempts of them getting my client to come in to consult (thereby charging a consultation fee), the report was delayed by almost a month. <br> <br> When (payment from the insurer clears) he finally fills this report out, it gives no specific information. When informed that he did not fill it out, he further delays this report.<br> <br> i find this to be very unprofessional and with such bad attitude.
