Unpleasant front line ladies

It was my first and it definitely will be my last visit, all because of the 2 angry ladies in Reception, especially the one named Trisha, not even a little smile on their faces. I was asked to fill in a form with a angry face. Even when I handed it back to her, she spoke to me in a dismissive tone. As a patient I found this interaction quite discouraging. Front-line service sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this did not reflect the high standards I usually associate with doctors. I wanted to share this feedback constructively so that it can be addressed effectively. I called the day after my consultation as I required a motivation letter for my medical aid, this lady Trisha, initially informed me that she will email it to me but instead I get a mail stating that the Doctor does not do motivation letters. I explained to her that my medical aid will not refund me without it, but she was adamant that Dr. will not do it, even though I pleaded with her. When I asked to speak to Dr. She immediately stated he was not in an when I enquired if he will be in the following day, she said he will be in surgery and thereafter he is going to a conference and will be away for the next month and a half. I was not convinced, I then decided to go in physically to check if that was the case and it was no surprise to me that Trisha **** as the surgery was full of patients. My experience with Dr Rajah was a pleasant one, he is very caring and was thorough in examining me. I am disappointed with the conduct of his receptionists. In the meantime, I am R1500 (consultation fees) out of pocket because of their refusal to do a motivation letter for me. Thank U Dr Rajah, u have very abrupt an angry front desk ladies. it doesn't match the quality of the rest of your practice.
