Very unprofessional and rude

Having a connection with Dr. Rammanhou. I called to make an appointment to see her on the advice of my physio and biokinthiest. I was welcomed with a very rude and abrupt call. Her words to me was "I will call you when I am free" please don't call me. Very unprofessional
