*****ster dentist Dr Jo-Anne Veeran

This dentist is a *****ster. I went there to clean my teeth on the 11/01/24 after more than 3 years. I told tgem I have changed medical aid and I am on my husbands medical aid. In February we got an email from her accounts department saying there is a shortfall of +- R400. I was shocked because I know the medical aid covers everything and that I onoy did cleaning. I called them, the doctor said casually "you don't need to worry, please ignore" I did not ignore because whem I called momentum they said the doctor claimed an amount of +- R3900. To my shock I called the doctor who claimed the previous admin lady was in competed and she made mistakes. I followed up on this and found out that the medical aid had paid her more than what she was suppose to get. To cut the story short after being persistant, they refunded the overpayment directly to us. However, the medical aid had advised that we download the APP to track all claims, to our surprise this *****ulent dentist submitted claims for my husband as well on 11/01/24 who has not visited her practice for more that 2 years.
