Disappointing!!

My experience with Dr Van Zyl was absolutely unacceptable!! The consultation lasted less than two minutes, with no proper examination or effort to understand my condition. When I told him of my excruciating spinal pain my concerns were completely dismissed. Instead of offering any real medical attention, I was simply told it was due to my weight with no investigation, no advice, and no care.

I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and honestly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. This was by far one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this doctor.
