wait weeks for refunds

I have had a co payment on an MRI which is standard...

According to my medical aid they paid this last week the doctor rooms only received my payment on Monday according to them... After i struggled 2 weeks plus to get my refund, only now to learn there is just one person with signing authority and that person is not there this week.
