Unprofessional service to patients

<p>I have been to this doctor once before and was told to go on the pill due to certain pms conditions such as pain and very heavy bleeding. Its been just over a month now. When the period came back it was even worse than before, causing severe pain. I called for an emergency appointment and the doctor did not recommend anything until I can see her for an appointment and was in a hurry to put the phone down. I called the next day for an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and said I could not have an emergency appointment. I would have to wait almost another month for an appointment to address the severe pain im currently having. This is very unprofessional. </p>
