Poor Staffing service

The Dr is a Cardiologist at Glynnwood. Absolutely Amazing Doctor but poor staff. I visited February 2020. Unfortunately my Medical aid never paid the full R7000 of the consultation. Only in Late April early May was i contacted regarding my outstanding account. After battling with both the practice rooms as well as my medical aid, it seemed the matter was resolved. October 2020 my phone was ****** and i received a new number. After updating all my information on my medical aid, i never received a response from the practice again. February 2021 my mom received a call from "lawyers" stating my account still has not been settled. After being rudely sworn at by the receptionist, being bul**** for being "derogatory" from the accountant at the practice, i finally got my answers. No balance or invoice was ever sent to me for my account, it was refused. As a customer i didn't appreciate this unprofessional and childish behaviour from senior staff.
