POOR SERVICE FROM DR V GOVENDER CHATSMED

Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Response from Dr. Govender’s Practice( Vanishree)

Dear HelloPeter Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service I have received from Dr. Govender, the gynecologist from Chatsmed. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve concerns following a recent visit, I have not received any response from the doctor or her staff.

During the consultation, a scan was performed, and it was revealed that there is a cyst. Dr. Govender advised that further blood tests were required to confirm or clarify the diagnosis, but did not provide additional information regarding the cyst at that time.

Since the consultation, I have emailed the practice multiple times with the expectation of receiving: 1. Clarification on whether an additional fee is being charged to review the blood test results (which was never disclosed during the consultation). 2. A detailed invoice and receipt for the services provided during the consultation and subsequent tests. 3. A direct response from Dr. Govender regarding the next steps following the blood test results.

Unfortunately, there has been no response from Dr. Govender or her staff, and no further communication has been provided. This lack of response is unacceptable, particularly regarding medical concerns that need to be addressed in a timely manner.

I am deeply disappointed with the service and communication from Dr. V Govender’s practice and request immediate attention to this matter. I kindly request that HelloPeter assist in ensuring that my complaint is addressed and that I receive the necessary clarification and a response from Dr. Govender promptly.
