Pathetic etiquette

I called in to make an appointment with Dr Govender as I have moved house, I am currently pregnant and needed to change my gynae as my previous gynae is too far away I called at 9am only to be told to call back at 1pm as they "needed to find availability" I called back at 1pm and no answer I called again at 2 and was told I did not call in and the doctor would not be able to help me while speaking to the receptionist she put me on hold more than once without alerting me and it definitely weren't work related because I could hear her laughing on the other end of the telephone, I don't believe that is a professional way to handle clients it's totally disgusting that she had no way of speaking as well seeing as she supposedly works for professional doctor I would never recommend anybody to go to Dr Govender if they treat patients like that telephonically how would they treat you in person
