Wow, where do I even begin! I’ll start at the front desk with Desiree she is incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the important information so clearly, which I truly appreciated. Her welcoming smile made such a difference. Honestly, it’s rare to meet someone like that, especially in a hospital setting, and she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

Then going into the doctor’s office he is simply the best. He makes sure you understand every single thing he is talking about, never rushing you and always explaining with patience and care. There’s such an Ubuntu vibe about him genuine, compassionate, and human. You really feel seen and supported.
