Bad on updating clients debt

I had my son in 2020,and the medical aid did not pay the psysio because of codes, which i paid after i was discharged,the person who was helping is Lizel,now am being handed to vericred for collection. Very bad admin or finance dept on Dr's side,cos i can't even get hold of this lady. Not happy at all with the situation.
