Taking advantage of patients in hospital
"I had an experience with this organization. While I was in the hospital, these people came, introduced themselves, and explained what they do. Because it was only my second day in the hospital, I told the lady that I didn't need their services yet since I was still hospitalized. She then gave me a card to contact them after my discharge. A day later, another lady came in from the same organization, and I told her that a first lady had already visited. She responded, 'I know her.' The second lady came with a mission the first lady could not complete. Now, two months later, I have received a claim from my medical scheme showing that this organization billed them. Please be aware of these organizations like these; they take advantage of people in the hospital because they are aggressively sourcing business."
