A poor, pathetic and rude doctor assistant 😡😡😡

What a poor and pathetic service I received from Dr Ngobeni's assist, I've been waiting to see this doctor for more than 3 hours to see the doctor, and what frustrates me the most is that people who came after me had left already. So I confronted the assistant and she told me that there are people who came before me and the are still here and there are not complaining and beside other people she lets in are just there for a doctor's note, so why am I complaining. She told me that she will make sure that I don't see the doctor and thats what she did. It's 18H33,05/09/2023 and she wouldn't allow me access to see the doctor. I left the doctors room without been assisted. This facility deserves a -0
