Took MONTHS to revert with a quotation (after I emailed and phoned many times), and finally called to book a quick assessment to redo the quotation. I drove 52km because this dentist is excellent to be **** to by the receptionist because she didn't do her job right. You're not greeted with any form of a smile nor spoken to with respect, especially when you need it because of miscommunication. I'm utterly disappointed that I lost 3 hours and all the fuel to be treated like that.
