Very bad experience with the receptionist, had an appointment today at 14:00hrs and it was confirmed by sms, I arrived there before 13:30 and I sat until 15:30 without being assisted until I stood up to enquire what is happening as my appointment was for
Very bad experience with the receptionist, had an appointment today at 14:00hrs and it was confirmed by sms, I arrived there before 13:30 and I sat until 15:30 without being assisted until I stood up to enquire what is happening as my appointment was for 14:00 and I've been sitting for over two hours I was told they work with first come first serve and I was given a stinking attitude by the receptionist not considering the fact that they were at fault by confirming the appointment and the time and the fact that for me to come to the appointment I had to ask for some time from work, I had to drive there and also pay for the parking. I had to leave without being assisted as I waited for too long and I was told to continue waiting. No remorse was shown and not even an apology in that regard but only bad attitude.
