Worse Psychologist in Durban KZN

I was referred by my psychiatrist Dr Janki to Dr Mohabir I was seen by her on dates 15/02/2024 and 27/02/2024 Amounting to R1194.70 for each date of service I then realized that my claims paid off from my savings account I then called Discovery only to realise that Dr Mohabir had not used the correct authorised PMB ICD 10 codes that Dr Janki had registered from the 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024 I then called the practice to explain to them that I was referred to them by Dr Janki and that Dr Janki had referred me to them in regards to my condition as diagnosed by Dr Janki . With my first consultation on their file I did fill in where they asked who referred me I wrote Dr. Janki's name, The receptionist never asked who I was referred from so I thought the information on file would be used together with the authorisation letter received from Discovery when I follow up with Discovery they confirmed to me that Dr Mohabir has used her own ICD 10 and not the one Dr Janki had referred me for I called and explained how Dr Janki had referred me and that Discovery need amended account so the claims could pay form the PMB benefit I was met with rudeness from the practice manger and she refused to amend the claim

The worst part she has been lying about resubmitting my account for the past month and is now singing a different tune.
