Thatcher - brushing thatched roof

I gave John and his team a chance to brush my thatched roof and they did quite a good job. Unfortunately, a day later, I found the storm water drain outside my building full with their offcut wires which they used for the roof. I phoned John and told him to come and clean out the storm water drain but he didn't bother. I won't bother neither to contact him for coming to do my roof again. That's for sure! I don't even try to imagine what problems the wires would have caused getting flushed into the storm water drain by the next storm.
