Will not be going back

I went to Dr. Moodley for the first time for my son's 6 month check up. As it was the first time she was meeting my baby, she told me she had lots of questions for me and was sure I had a long list to discuss with her too.

My son had a meltdown towards the end of the appointment when I was trying to ask quite a few of my questions and we were literally shouting over the crying to try and finish the consultation. Needless to say, I didn't get all the answers I needed so Dr told me not to worry and said I could email her.

When I emailed her with the 3 main questions I hadn't gotten answers to, I got a call from her office telling me I need to pay for an email/phone consultation if I wanted more of her time. She did not say this to me in the consultation and I do not expect to pay R1400 for an appointment just to be told I need to pay more just because my son was crying. I will not be returning for such *******, expensive service.
