Uninformed pasient being victimised

Good day<br> <br> I want to lodge a complaint against the practice of dr C.H. Teichler of Vereeniging. <br> <br> I was in hospital for a liver biopsy and was discharged on the 4th April 2014. I phoned his rooms to make an appointment for my follow-up consultation and results and specifically asked the receptionist if I should obtain an authorisation number from my medical aid which is Discoveyr (my plan is Key Care). My appointment was only for the 15th of May (which also upsetted me because I was waiting for my results!)<br> <br> She told me it was a follow up and would be covered under the hospital account. My medical aid rejected the claim because the follow up shoud be within a month after discharge.<br> <br> On the day of my appoinment we waited for 2 hours to see the docter and not once did the receptionist ask me for an authorisation number (she was busy looking for holiday places on the internet).<br> <br> In the mean time the receptionist and accounts lady phoned me and treated me like a dog. They told me I was a **** and I should have known my medical scheme rules.<br> <br> They handed me over now to Wilsan agencies and I am being phoned constantly, threat letters overflowing my postbox.
