DR TECH - A COMPANY OF ******ION and LIES
This all started fine with LJ Jacobs (The owner of the company) (He apparently provided his services to the insurance industry (INSURERS BEWARE!) - He repaired a few small items for me until he had built up enough trust with me until I gave him 2 tv's of mine to work with and a few other high-value items. Over a few months of waiting and as I grew impatient he started saying the items (That I had pre-paid him for) to him had been successfully repaired. (Finally! (AFTER MONTHS OF WAITING RIGHT?!) When we tried to collect the items (on a pre-arranged date) He ignored my staff and I completely - tens of calls from me and them over multiple days. After this incident he told me (about 2 weeks later) to collect them on a certain date (BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE REALLY READY RIGHT?) (another couple of weeks after the initial conversation where the items were already "repaired" I proceeded to call him multiple times to collect the "repaired items" and he blatantly ignored me further. So I then asked a old friend check at his registered business premises if he was there - after which he proceeded to threaten my personal safety! After warning him not to threaten me he told me "He doesn't make threats, he makes STATEMENTS OF TRUTH" - Bear in mind this guy has more than R30 000 of my assets (which I paid him to repair already) and MY HOUSE KEYS (with him having needed to move around on my property freely for other (non-repaired items he charged me for but isn't working - like my electric fence)... Long story short, I got my lawyers involved to help, he got somebody and they forced me to now pay for "storage fees" following HIS non-release of my items when HE said they were initially available. I tried calling him again to collect my items on the said day and he said I must again talk to his lawyer (who uses a gmail address which) - who further ignored our messages for extended periods (extending the so-called storage fees). So now they want me to pay for storage (AGAIN!) because I couldn't collect my items and are threatening to sell it before the end of March if I don't... THIS IS CALLED ******ION!!! So it's safe to assume he is going to sell my assets (if they are even repaired, which I doubt will last since a bunch of the things he "fixed" earlier on aren't even working anymore) and I'll have to draw this out through a lengthy legal process instead of them just resolving the matter like decent people would. I'll leave this here and then move over to other platforms and keep everyone up to date as I take them to court.
