False Advertising - No Call Out fee...

Dr Tap is just false advertising. They say No Call Fee, but when you call them, then suddenly there is a Sir this is Our Rates.. This is the Call Out R1500 plus R975/hr. Well when you are trapped.

I still wanted them to do the actual fix, so when I called to mention this issue, they were very quick to say yes but there is a terms and conditions and we confirmed and... No real consideration.

So I have used them in the past for a Geyser replacement, etc. I will never again, because I do not want to be treated as well we agreed.. No acknowledgement that the website is false advertising... If you google Plumber Herm****, they are the first, and they show in the description NO CALL OUT FEE!!!
