This is a newly graduated Chiro... When you start to practice word of mouth and the level of service you deliver is very important. Unfortunately, the level of service received has been nothing short of disappointing.

My partner made an appointment to see the chiro at Loftus Medical center, when he showed up, they had canceled his appointment and no one informed him that the appointment was canceled. He drove 30min to go to this appointment.

No one knows who canceled the appointment and it seems that no one cares.
