Rude Reception Staff

<p>I booked an appointment with Ophtalmologist today, the actual docter was quite great however the docters receptionist was rude and lacked basic communication s****s.</p> <p>I had inquired with the receptionist why my appointment was delayed and she had an attitude and raised her voice when probed on why she had not raised this with me earlier.</p> <p>Spoilt the consultation and am not returning to that practice again.</p>
