Poor service

There is nothing worse than a disorganised practice. On my first appointment, Dr running behind schedule. When I enquire I am told that it's 1.5 to 2 hours behind. Having to fetch kids, I leave. 1 hour later I phone and reschedule. I ask for a early appointment. I am offered the 13th October and ask for the 14th because the earliest is 8h45. So today I come in. I am told the appointment was for 13th. The young lady insists she called me 1x. 1x? Anyway, I am told I am the one who scheduled incorrectly, really? So the lady books for 14th, I confirm 14th on the day of my booking and now you insinuate I am lying. Look your service is essential but not critical so thank you, you can keep your insinuations and manners and well honestly shove it. I will go to a place where people are treated properly.
