No Internal Examinations up untill 26 weeks preg

Dr. Buthulezi did not examine me internally up until 26 Weeks of Pregnancy which led me ending up in hospital due to severe infection leading to a possible miscarriage. Until this day I cannot understand why he did not examine me internally?? We almost paid for his incompetence with our baby's life and now they have handed me over to Attorneys for their money, and amount of R600 which I refuse to pay.
