Getting bills from dr after seven years

Never ever heard of this dr. Two weeks ago the Sherrif rocked up at my front door telling my employee that I owe a dr Susan Uys in Medi Clinic in Kuilsriver money. I am not aware of this dr and now they are threatening me with summons documents etx. After phoning the Attorneys Van Rensburg in Bergvliet, they informed me that it was for this dr in 2008. Now seven years later they rock up at the dr telling me that I owe her money. Ridiculous??? Even if I was there, she is not aware that I can actually take her to court for harassing me for prescribed debt as stated in The National Credit Amendment Act of 13 March 2015. There it clearly said its against the law. This is a very serious matter as they are invading the privacy of my previous employer and harassing her clients.
