Disappointed In Professionalism Of Doctor.

On the 5th of May 2015 I took my fianc?? to Dr. Susan Schutte for a normal cavity filling, we paid cash and everything seemed fine. That very evening my fianc? complaint of pain in her mouth where the Doctor worked, we made nothing of it and thought it was normal. On the 6th of May 2015 during the night my fianc?'s face started welling very badly to such an extend that it was obvious that it was not normal swelling due to the cavity filling. I took her back to the dentist and Dr. Schutte immediately referred us to a Maxillofacial and Oral Surgeon at Medi Clinic,her condition was so bad and the Dr. at Medi Clinic diagnosed it as a severe cellulitis infection in the soft tissue and admitted her as an emergency patient worried that her condition was life threatening. So far our medical cost has sky rocketed to almost R30 000 and not even to mention the pain and suffering or loss of income my fianc? suffered. The infection was as a result of the injection Dr. Susan Schutte administrated, we are strongly of the opinion that her mouth was not sterilized and infection control was not administrated correctly which resulted in my fianc?'s serious cellulitis infection.Lack of Professional.
