Stay away from Dr Surine Barnes' practice

I went for an emergency root canal treatment to Dr Barnes' practice on 9 December 2017. On 13 December 2017 I phoned the practice to complain about my tooth still aching. Receptionist said that she would get the dentist to write a prescription for antibiotics and email it to me same day as they were closing on 15 December. I never received the email. This negligence resulted in me having extreme pain and discomfort from 26 December to 2 January when I could see a dentist to treat the abscess that I developed due to the initial careless dental treatment I received at Dr Barnes' practice. I want to warn people to stay away from this practice as they are careless and negligent. The treating dentist was Dr Adele Raath. I am also lodging a complaint at the HPCSA, hoping that she will be suspended from practicing.
