***** Doctor office

I was there for a consultation, they deducted from my card at 09:53. I waited the whole to be assisted. The doctor was in and out of the office, leaving patients waiting for hours. I went to drop my son and home and came back, only to be told the doctor will be in at 3pm. The whole day i was not assisted. At 3pm i went back, they said my money hasnt reflected therefore they cannot help me. I showed them proof of the transaction, they said its not valid because on their side the slip shows an error. The reversal hasnt happened. They refused to help me and prompted me to pay again even after all this. This Dr's room is not putting people first, it was the worst experience and i have not been refunded.
