Antiquated system doesn't quite meet modern medicine

<p>I recently when in to Dr Sulman & Partners in Rosebank, to have an X-ray of my jaw done and while the service was nothing out of the ordinary, trying to obtain a copy of my X-ray in a digital format for record-keeping purposes first proved "impossible" due to the size (my two year old phone manages 50 MB emails quite fine) and then after considerable persistence, it could be written to CD for an exorbitant R 90 (CD cost less than R5), while my regualr dentist has emailed me copies of X-rays over the past five years after each visit, without asking, as a matter of courtesy and general good practice. I think Dr Sulman & Partners should invest in better IT systems - to become at least as adequate as a dentist practice.</p>
